This book touched places that I didn’t know needed to feel it. Her poems are so relevant right now- she may not be reaching out to me directly, but she still makes me feel heard. What I love about poetry is that I read someone else’s perspective, and it can give me beautiful concepts to roll around in my brain. This book did that- made me feel myself in a different way. Final Projects is my favorite. Buy this book immediately and check it out!
